• As part of your bachelor's thesis, you will support us in modernizing our compensation and posting/assignment regulations
• Analysis of the existing Federal Assembly Collective Agreement (BMTV) and the posting guideline with regard to structure, content, strengths and weaknesses
• Research and benchmarking of market-standard compensation and posting/assignment models for assembly and service employees
• Design and execution of an employee survey within the target group
• Preparation of the results in the form of presentations and as a decision-making basis for management
• Development of a conceptual proposal for a new, modern works agreement to replace the BMTV and related works agreements and internal regulations
• You will be professionally supervised by an experienced HR team throughout the entire project.

Sales

• You will start as a Sales Assistant and support our Sales Managers
• You will be trained step by step in your tasks so that you can take them on independently in the future and develop into the inside sales function
• Provide support or actively contribute to proposals for special-purpose systems in the aerospace, industrial and nuclear sectors together with the responsible sales and project managers
• Preparation, compilation and assembly of proposal documents, proposal folders and prequalification documents according to specifications, as well as their management and archiving
• Monitoring and screening of tender platforms
• Scheduling coordination for the submission of offer-specific documents, handling project-specific correspondence and reporting, and maintaining document registers
• Other project- and sales-related administrative and secretarial tasks, including the creation of PowerPoint presentations
• Maintaining correspondence in our customers' digital systems
• Submission of customer documents and follow-up tracking
