Account Executive

• Take Reel’s commercial operations in Germany to the next level
• Build strategic relationships with mid-market, large, and enterprise customers, particularly with C-level decision-makers
• Drive complex B2B sales cycles from initial contact through to close
• Deliver energy solutions such as PPAs, solar and BESS asset balancing, and tailored procurement options
• Build a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities and further develop sales tactics
• Advise customers on technical and financial value creation
• Hire, coach, and manage junior team members
• Work with the Reel team on the go-to-market approach and refine the sales playbook and value proposition
• Support discussions on regulation, pricing, and the political landscape
• Champion decarbonization and the procurement of renewable electricity in Germany and beyond
