Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the central point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for your assigned accounts
• Proactively manage technical issues according to customer business priorities to avoid business-critical situations
• Serve as the first point of escalation for customer technical concerns, coordinating and driving resolution
• Recommend how new and existing features fit within customers’ environments, providing best practices and guidance
• Maintain and develop client relationships, understanding business requirements to proactively drive support andmaximize customer success
• Host periodic checkpoint and status calls with customers and internal stakeholders
• Design and develop technical account management strategy documents based on customer analysis and assessment

Analytics Engineer

• Deploy Redpoint software based on client-approved Business Requirements and Design documents
• Build ETL processes to consume 1st- and 3rd-party data into the marketing data repository using Redpoint Data Management
• Develop into a subject matter expert in Redpoint Interaction, our Marketing/Campaign orchestration product
• Collaborate with development team members and project leadership to implement solutions that meet project standards, escalating issues and challenges as needed
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and forensic assistance for client implementations, both Redpoint-hosted and client-hosted
• Collaborate with development teams to identify new product features and functionality
• Support recruiting of qualified personnel as needed
