Accounts Payable

• 12month fixed-term contract
• Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
• Processing of suppliers invoices and payments;
• Processing petty cash accounts;
• Processes all local and sundry purchase orders, cartage, deliveries, transfers, storage invoices, container cartage, import customs charges, sea-freight, port charges, customs agent charges, local delivery and storage accounts;
• Processing of corporate credit card charges
• Processes custom duty payments, cheque run and electronic fund transfers (EFT) items;
• Mailing of cheques and remittance advices;
• Maintains company fleet card accounts;
• Reconciliation of creditors carriers / suppliers statements;
• Handle enquiries from internal and external clients;
• Process employee expense reimbursements.

Accounts Payable Clerk – 12month Fixed-Term

• 12 month Fixed-term contract
• Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
• Invoicing customers
• Opening, updating and maintaining the accuracy of customer database
• Investigating all queries on accounts from customers
• Daily processing and allocating customer receipts
• Telephone collection of due and overdue accounts
• Collection of outstanding debts including initiating legal action.
• Reconciling accounts and processing adjustments
• Obtaining trade references and credit reports
• Processing credit applications
• Registering and discharging PPSR
• Using a third party portal to receive purchase orders, invoicing and reconciling accounts.

• The successful applicant will be focusing on new and established business relationships for our Plastics Sales division. We are looking for an experienced Sales professional or someone with a technical background who would like to transfer their skills into a Sales career within Plastics and related materials.
• In this role will be able to articulate the value and quality of our products, securing sales, and attempting to expand business within an existing customer base.
