About the role

  • Develop and execute a global recruiting strategy that supports company growth, workforce planning, and organizational priorities
  • Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of TA supervisors and recruiters
  • Strengthen the global employer value proposition (EVP) and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all markets
  • Create and manage dashboards for hiring metrics, forecasting, workforce planning, and funnel analytics
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize ATS, CRM, AI recruiting technologies, and global recruitment platforms
  • Ensure adherence to regional employment laws and global privacy/security requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a global leadership role
  • Proven track record designing and scaling global recruiting strategies in high growth or multiregional organizations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and hiring best practices
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high performing global teams
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Breezy- current ATS)
