About the role
- Develop and execute a global recruiting strategy that supports company growth, workforce planning, and organizational priorities
- Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of TA supervisors and recruiters
- Strengthen the global employer value proposition (EVP) and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all markets
- Create and manage dashboards for hiring metrics, forecasting, workforce planning, and funnel analytics
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize ATS, CRM, AI recruiting technologies, and global recruitment platforms
- Ensure adherence to regional employment laws and global privacy/security requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a global leadership role
- Proven track record designing and scaling global recruiting strategies in high growth or multiregional organizations
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and hiring best practices
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high performing global teams
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Breezy- current ATS)
