About the role
- Develop and execute a global recruiting strategy that supports company growth, workforce planning, and organizational priorities for both support roles and high-volume call center roles.
- Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of TA supervisors and recruiters, and coordinators to ensure meeting class requirements.
- Establish scalable processes, technology solutions, and KPIs to drive consistency and excellence in hiring across all regions.
- Assess emerging TA trends, competitive intelligence, and global labor market insights to continuously update strategy.
- Partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs for critical and highly specialized roles.
- Oversee and participate in executive search and ensure alignment with company culture and leadership expectations.
- Strengthen the global employer value proposition (EVP) and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all markets.
- Champion a high quality, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to drive employer branding initiatives and digital talent marketing.
- Manage budget and ensure the spending is effectively being distributed properly.
- Drive global DEI recruiting strategies and ensure equitable hiring processes across regions.
- Create and manage dashboards for hiring metrics, forecasting, workforce planning, and funnel analytics.
- Monitor performance against KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity of metrics for different countries.
- Present hiring trends and insights to senior leadership and the board as needed.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize ATS, CRM, AI recruiting technologies, and global recruitment platforms.
- Work with developers to create automated processes and workflows with AI tools.
- Ensure operational efficiency, data integrity, and compliance across all systems.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, search firms, and staffing partners.
- Ensure adherence to regional employment laws and global privacy/security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a global leadership role.
- Proven track record designing and scaling global recruiting strategies in high growth or multiregional organizations.
- Proven record of managing teams remotely.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and hiring best practices.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high performing global teams.
- Expertise with specialized support hiring.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
- Certifications such as SHRMSCP, SPHR, or Global Talent Management credentials preferred.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Breezy- current ATS).
