About the role

  • Design and execute a global recruiting strategy
  • Lead and mentor a dispersed team of TA supervisors and recruiters
  • Establish scalable processes, technology solutions, and KPIs
  • Assess emerging TA trends and global labor market insights
  • Partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs
  • Oversee executive search and ensure alignment with company culture
  • Champion a high quality, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive employer branding initiatives
  • Create dashboards for hiring metrics and monitor performance against KPIs
  • Ensure adherence to regional employment laws and global privacy/security requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a global leadership role
  • Proven track record designing and scaling global recruiting strategies in high growth or multiregional organizations
  • Proven record of managing teams remotely
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and hiring best practices
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing global teams
  • Expertise with specialized support hiring
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience in multiple industries or matrixed environments
  • Certifications such as SHRMSCP, SPHR, or Global Talent Management credentials preferred
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Breezy- current ATS)
