About the role
- Design and execute a global recruiting strategy
- Lead and mentor a dispersed team of TA supervisors and recruiters
- Establish scalable processes, technology solutions, and KPIs
- Assess emerging TA trends and global labor market insights
- Partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs
- Oversee executive search and ensure alignment with company culture
- Champion a high quality, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive employer branding initiatives
- Create dashboards for hiring metrics and monitor performance against KPIs
- Ensure adherence to regional employment laws and global privacy/security requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a global leadership role
- Proven track record designing and scaling global recruiting strategies in high growth or multiregional organizations
- Proven record of managing teams remotely
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and hiring best practices
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing global teams
- Expertise with specialized support hiring
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience in multiple industries or matrixed environments
- Certifications such as SHRMSCP, SPHR, or Global Talent Management credentials preferred
- Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Breezy- current ATS)
