Billing Specialist

• Under supervision, assist with the preparation of bills and invoices for clients
• Monitor and ensure timekeeper entries are complete and timely, and verify that timekeepers are promptly recording time in accordance with firm policies
• Run system-wide “spell-check” on time entries periodically throughout the month and ensure entries are compliant with client/team lead guidelines
• Assist the Billing Manager with the monthly distribution of pre-bills
• Assist with editing and review of pre-bills with the Billing Manager, responsible attorneys, and client teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices
• Prioritize tasks to ensure invoices are distributed, mailed or e-billed time
• Coordinate and assist with invoice approval and issuance of invoices to include: Uploading LEDES invoices via BillBlast and various e-billing websites, as necessary
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly accruals

Billing & Conflicts Specialist

Associate

• Assist in data collection strategy, search creation and the management of complex document reviews and productions using a variety of online review tools, including Relativity
• Supervise and provide feedback for internal and external Review Attorneys to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product
• Identify key protocols and train Review Attorneys on project protocols and review guidelines
• Work collaboratively with Redgrave Attorneys and Advisors to support all stages of the EDRM lifecycle
• Effectively manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders, including co-counsel, technical and staffing vendors, and firm leadership

Security Engineer

• Define and execute a Firm-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF 1.0, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 frameworks
• Own and continuously mature the Firm's Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Lead ISO 27001 gap analysis and establish a roadmap toward certification
• Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies, standards, procedures, and governance structures
• Define and track key risk indicators (KRIs), metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Serve as the Firm's executive owner of AI security and governance
• Design and implement a scalable AI governance framework, including acceptable use standards, risk-tiering criteria, and data handling controls
• Own the Firm's vendor risk management program, including intake, risk-tiering, assessment, and continuous monitoring
• Own the Firm's SOC 2 Type II program, including control maintenance, evidence collection, and auditor engagement
• Provide executive oversight of security architecture across Microsoft 365 and Azure
