Requirements

3+ years of development experience with at least 2 years of native iOS experience
Practical experience building iOS applications in Swift
Solid understanding of computer science and engineering fundamentals
Effective communication: you can collaborate across distances and experience levels
Experience with running experiments and experimentation frameworks a plus
Experience using AI code generation tools such as GitHub CoPilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
