About the role
- Find the most compelling founders across the globe who are ready to build healthcare technology companies.
- Execute our founder sourcing process through targeting and conducting effective outreach to founders who fit our profile.
- Own end-to-end execution of referral and nurturing workflows.
- Automate workflows and leverage AI to increase our coordination and sourcing workflows.
- Identify new pools of founder talent, referral partners, and potential deal sources.
- Lead outbound experiments to determine the most effective ways of converting high-potential founders.
- Support diligence efforts for later-stage founding teams.
- Create external phasing collateral and messaging for our target founders and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8-10 years of work experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally in healthcare, technology, or startup sectors.
- The ability to develop strong judgment in line with our founder profiles.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Scrappy AI workflow automation capabilities.
- Strong content design skills.
- Proficiency in English.
