Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
8+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels, including backend, frontend and mobile engineers.
Strong background in software engineering, preferably in backend systems and/or platforms.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Go, Python) and experience with distributed systems.
Proven ability to brainstorm and implement experimental ideas to drive growth.
Exceptional leadership, team management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience in engineering management or technical leadership roles, preferably in high-growth tech companies.
