Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures for the protection of the program’s data, systems, and networks
Assist and drive complex ATO RMF packages
Design and implement system security into complex systems
Conduct security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security controls
Troubleshoot security and network problems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology systems engineering, or a related field, or applicable work experience
Active DoD Secret clearance required
5 years of experience in cyber engineering (e.g., incident detection, incident response, forensic)
Strong understanding and experience with securing, configuring, and assessing network security products such as Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISE, and Splunk
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, Mitre Attack Framework, DoD Compliance Frameworks such as DoDI 8510, DoDI 8570, Zero Trust Architectures)
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and technologies
Familiarity and experience building and submitting complex ATO packages
Designing and implementing system security into complex systems
Experience with performing security vulnerability scans (ACAS)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
