About the role
- Lead and manage participant recruitment across multiple qualitative and quantitative market research projects, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to study objectives.
- Partner closely with researchers to understand project scope and requirements, translating research needs into effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee all project documentation and panel communications, including sample exports, invitations, confirmations, schedules, advisor agreements, and screening materials.
- Collaborate with analysts to draft, program, and test screeners that align with research objectives and target profiles.
- Develop and manage sample universes based on quota design and feasibility considerations.
- Review screener data to identify and select the most qualified participants, ensuring the delivery of high quality insights.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and external clients on recruitment progress, scheduling, and logistics.
- Monitor fieldwork performance to ensure quotas and timelines are met on time while anticipating and resolving recruitment challenges.
- Commission and manage third party vendors, ensuring alignment with recruitment plans, quality standards, and data collection requirements.
- Oversee out-of-pocket expense management, including timely submission of honoraria and vendor invoices.
- Coordinate with event planning teams and external venues to support onsite advisory boards, focus groups, and other research engagements.
- Ensure all recruitment and participant contracting activities comply with applicable Sunshine Laws, data privacy regulations, and fair market value honoraria requirements.
- Support the Senior Director in developing operational protocols and best practices for project execution and panel engagement.
- Provide additional logistical support for Red Nucleus’s research initiatives as needed.
- Partner with the Senior Director to grow Red Nucleus’s proprietary panel strategy, ensuring the recruitment, growth, and quality of payer and market access decisionmaker panels align with long-term business and organizational goals.
- Participate in developing targeted prospect lists through social media outreach, referral networks, digital marketing initiatives, and other tailored engagement channels.
- Uphold high panel quality by regularly validating active panel members and ensuring all essential data fields are complete, accurate, and maintained within the panel database.
- Strengthen long-term panel relationships by delivering an exceptional member experience, characterized by responsive communication, high quality interactions, and thoughtful engagement across all panel touchpoints.
- Assist with tracking panel growth and member satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
