About the role
- Working with our Scientific Services & Advisory team
- Client facing, planning, leading and implementing specified projects
- Representing Red Nucleus in addressing client needs
- Collaborating on project planning and management
- Conducting business requirements research, interviews, and workshops
- Optimizing processes
- Developing and deploying training in varying formats
- Creating business plans and strategic plans
- Designing and implementing solutions
- Ensuring quality and compliance through change management and user acceptance testing
- Managing internal responsibilities such as budget and SOW management
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry
- Solid understanding of drug development lifecycle and supporting process activities
- High attention to detail
- Self-starter and driven
- Ability to multi-task with superior organization skills
- Ability to lead and take accountability for driving timelines and project deliverables
- Dependable and flexible
- Excellent organizational and communication skills essential to working with global and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)
