About the role
- Coordinate the daily operations of the offshore Accounts Payable team.
- Provide invoice processing support to onsite invoice keyers and approvers.
- Prepare weekly summary of KPIs and provide meaningful analysis to management.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships through effective communication.
- Perform general accounting duties including balancing sub ledgers and general ledgers.
- Perform period close accounting duties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in accounts payable or accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Oracle or another large ERP system a plus
Benefits
