About the role

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the offshore Accounts Payable team.
  • Provide invoice processing support to onsite invoice keyers and approvers.
  • Prepare weekly summary of KPIs and provide meaningful analysis to management.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships through effective communication.
  • Perform general accounting duties including balancing sub ledgers and general ledgers.
  • Perform period close accounting duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in accounts payable or accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Oracle or another large ERP system a plus
Benefits
