Contribute to the development of repeatable methodologies and tools designed to scale Red Hat’s services capabilities, promote repeatable customer engagements, and lower delivery risk.
Demonstrate thought leadership in the areas of 5G RAN, Openshift Container Platform, Red Hat AI technologies, by producing world-class white papers, webinars, etc., and speaking at industry-leading conferences.
Define technical strategy for high-value opportunities, including complex RFx responses.
Lead cross-functional teams in solution design and validation.
Influence product roadmaps based on customer and industry insights.
Represent the company as a thought leader in industry forums.
Develop advanced reusable assets to accelerate solution adoption.

Requirements

10+ years of IT industry experience, working in regulated industries including Telecom, Finance, government, healthcare and power.
5+ years of proven experience in Telecom sector, especially 5G, RAN, etc.
Hands-on experience in Red Hat technologies like - Openshift Container Platform, or comparable Kubernetes platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
Solid background in consultative customer engagement with a major professional services organization or within the services division of a major software company
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills, including extensive experience presenting to C-level executives at large firms
Solutions-sales mentality in an environment with multiple products and services
Ability to work seamlessly with distributed, cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers
Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills with a high level of intellectual agility and capacity for original thought
Willingness to travel up to 80%
