Build strong relationships with Engineering, Strategy, and Delivery teams to understand platform needs and remove blockers to innovation
Establish and maintain governance frameworks for application development and platform operations to ensure consistency and compliance
Evaluate existing program management processes and implement improvements to increase team velocity and delivery quality
Provide visibility into program health, risks, and milestones to leadership and cross-functional partners

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing agile technical program teams creating measurable impact against outcomes
Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs
Ability to translate high-level organizational strategy into actionable program roadmaps
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Comfort navigating ambiguity and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
General experience managing technical program functions (e.g., API services, cloud operations, or app dev platforms) is essential; specific technical proficiencies are a plus.
