About the role
- Conduct thorough learning needs assessments specific to the joint product solution, identifying gaps in technical skills and knowledge for target audiences (e.g., developers, administrators, sales engineers, and architects).
- Define clear, measurable learning objectives that align with the technical capabilities and business value of the combined Red Hat/partner solution
- Orchestrate SME input across Ecosystem, Go-to-market teams and business units.
- Design comprehensive, modular curriculum frameworks and course outlines for sales and technical training (e.g., e-learning, instructor-led training, hands-on labs, microlearning).
- Develop engaging and effective instructional materials (e.g., storyboards, scripts, practical labs, scenario-based exercises, demonstrations) that showcase the integration and interoperability of the joint solution.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training materials and programs based on learner feedback and performance metrics, iterating on content for continuous improvement.
- Engage with leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on program status, seek guidance on strategic decisions, and advocate for program support and resources.
- Ensure that program and project deliverables meet team standards and are delivered on time, optimizing quality and effectiveness.
- Define, track, and analyze key metrics that drive business impact and use those insights to improve learning content and delivery methods.
- Develop formal networks across Red Hat to influence priorities and objectives both internally and with partners, consistently reinforcing a "Red Hat" mindset.
Requirements
- Strong experience with proven instructional design methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent influence, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience managing programs and projects
- Experience with learning management systems and/or revenue enablement platforms
- Experience with Seismic design
