Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and execute long term financial plans aligned with Guild objectives, including investment strategy and risk mitigation
• Oversee organization wide financial forecasting, annual budgeting, multi-year planning, and variance analysis across the Guild, affiliated Foundation, and program-based initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on financial decisions, growth initiatives, business operations, and organizational priorities.
• Improve and maintain financial systems, processes, internal controls, and governance practices to support scale, transparency, and compliance.
• Manage the Guild’s internal business operations, systems and workflows.
• Oversee, evaluate and manage the Guild’s relationships with third-party business vendors in support of Guild operations.
• Deliver clear, timely financial reports and performance analysis; weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually, to inform executive decision-making.

• Demonstrate experience in taking ownership of a client’s case—discovery, pleadings, motions, collaboration, mediation, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trials.

• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitors their work.

• Partner with HR and Delivery Leadership to assess hiring needs, propose recruiting strategies, and own execution once requisite is approved
• Manage full cycle recruiting for technical roles, from intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offer, and close
• Recruit for specialized PLM roles to satisfy project staffing needs for enterprise clients in the Retail, Footwear, and Apparel, Automotive and Industrial, Medical Device, and Aerospace and Defense industries
• Conduct initial candidate screens and interviews to assess technical capability and role fit
• Build and maintain pipelines for evergreen roles, nurturing long-term candidate relationships
• Provide regular visibility into pipeline health, priorities, and timelines through staffing and delivery meetings
• Collaborate across multiple practice areas and attend regular staffing and delivery meetings to maintain awareness of business priorities and evolving hiring needs
• Leverage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain accurate hiring data
• Use LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter and other sourcing methods to identify and engage technical talent
• Act as the initial point of contact and first impression for candidates, representing the company positively throughout the recruiting process
• Use recruiting data and business input to adapt plans and recruitment strategy as priorities shift

Project Manager

• Develop and manage end-to-end technical project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring smooth execution across systems and teams.
• Oversee technical requirements, systems integrations, APIs, and platform dependencies related to e-commerce and fulfillment workflows.
• Monitor budgets and allocate resources to meet project goals, deadlines, and technical requirements.
• Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep the project on track.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with company expectations.
• Work closely with all other departments, including senior management, logistics, customer service and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including scope, requirements, and change requests. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.
• Oversee project closure activities, including final delivery, validation, SOP rollout, and sign-off.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate success, capture lessons learned, and identify areas for process and system improvements.
