• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including key tasks, milestones, and deliverables to drive execution and track delivery progress
• Drive execution of planned tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within the prescribed scope, and within budget and time frames
• Remove obstacles and impediments to ensure operational objectives are met

Senior Project Manager

Director

• Lead the Field Asset Mobility (FAM) Practice assisting clients transform legacy systems and processes into a fully digital integrated environment.
• Serve as primary Solutions Architect and provide delivery quality oversight for all Field Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management Systems implementations.
• Collaborate with other Red Clay Directors on overall implementation strategies and best practices.
• Partner with software providers on product development roadmaps.
• Create and manage business plans, resource plans, and budget plans for the FAM practice.
• Mentor and train team members and support the recruiting pipeline.

Director, FAM Practice

• Independently manages the full lifecycle of small and medium-complexity SDLC projects
• Takes complete ownership of planning, execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction
• Manages 3+ full SDLC projects as sole PM
• Creates and maintains an Integrated Project Plan (IPP)
• Proactively manages RAID items with effective mitigation plans

Program Manager

• The Program Manager leads multiple complex SDLC projects and begins to manage a small team of direct reports.
• This role is expected to operate with significant autonomy, mentor less experienced PMs, guide clients at all levels, and contribute meaningfully to sales pursuits, financial management, and the internal PMO strategy.
• The Program Manager is a key executor of company vision and is accountable for the full success of their delivery portfolio.
