Requirements

  • Completed vocational training; training in sales or gastronomy is an advantage
  • At least two years' experience in sales, gastronomy, or event management
  • Excellent knowledge of the local on-premise / on-trade market
  • Established network in this area
  • Strong personality with presence and a high work ethic
  • Sales flair and strong negotiation skills
  • Personal contacts with clubs, bars, trendy cafés and hotels
  • Fluent German; English and French skills are a plus
  • Resident in the Greater Winterthur area
  • Driving license (Category B)
