• Správa a provoz Saurusu
• Kompletně zodpovídáš za logistiku, technický stav a údržbu vozidla.
• Staráš se o to, aby Saurus vypadal i fungoval za všech okolností na 100 %.
• Nesedíš a nečekáš na pokyny. Aktivně sleduješ sportovní i kulturní dění v ČR a sám/sama vyhledáváš akce a příležitosti, kam se Saurusem vyrazit.
• Komunikuješ s organizátory a navrhuješ, jakou podobu bude mít naše aktivace na místě.
• Jsi zodpovědný/á za kompletní přípravu auta na akci.
• Zvládneš samostatně zapojit a vyladit soundsystém i další audiovizuální techniku a vyřešit případné technické výzvy přímo na place.
• Tvým hlavním partnerem je Event Marketing Manager ze sportovního týmu.
• Spravuješ kalendář výjezdů, koordinuješ pomocné řidiče (studenty) a po každé akci dodáváš pečlivý reporting a administrativní podklady.
• Na akcích reprezentuješ Red Bull. Komunikuješ s lidmi, tvoříš atmosféru a dohlížíš na to, aby byl zážitek se značkou nezapomenutelný.

Account Manager

• Be familiar with the distributor's field and internal sales teams;
• Promote Red Bull's values and lifestyle;
• Lead by example in the field and back office; act as the primary point of contact between Red Bull and the distributor;
• Set distribution and coverage targets for the distributor, and, when possible, allocate them internally across teams;
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance analyses, identify issues, and propose action plans. Train and lead by example, participating in the distributor's daily/weekly/monthly meetings and regional meetings;
• Monitor all sales KPIs using the provided national and regional reports and, when necessary, creating your own tracking controls;
• Audit and identify opportunities, co-creating action plans with the distributor;
• Train and support the distributor's sales force, disseminating Red Bull execution concepts, providing feedback, and leading by example;
• Manage the implementation of materials and oversee Red Bull market programs;
• Ensure the achievement of your performance KPIs;
• Plan and manage your field/office routine, ensuring presence with the distributor's full team and participation in Red Bull's internal agendas.
