Requirements

  • 15+ years in client services, account management, or related roles in high growth agency and creative environments
  • Experience managing and growing multi-million dollar accounts
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting, leading, and scaling client service teams
  • A clear, inspiring communicator who makes complex ideas simple and actionable
  • Expertise in building and nurturing long-term client relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and shared ambition
  • Proven ability to operate at the executive level and collaborate across disciplines
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and the business of brand building.
