About the role

  • Responsibility for our entire supply chain – from procurement through Order-to-Cash to returns.
  • Build strong relationships with producers, logistics partners, and service providers, and manage supplier performance using clear KPIs.
  • Own the ERP system (Weclapp) and drive its continuous improvement.
  • Analyze our fulfillment costs and prepare clear, fact-based recommendations for action.
  • Identify strategic development needs and implement scalable solutions hands-on.
  • Support cross-functional projects in the areas of supply chain and system architecture.
  • Establish strong interfaces with teams such as Customer Support, Key Account, Finance, and Business Development.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in this role or in similar areas (Operations / Supply Chain / Procurement).
  • Strong skills in data, analysis, and systems.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Weclapp).
  • Enjoy improving structures and processes and increasing data quality.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex interdependencies and translate them into efficient workflows.
  • Strong communicator, persuasive and collaborative with a clear, solution-oriented approach.
  • Work independently, pragmatically, and with attention to detail.
