Analytics Engineer

• You develop and maintain our data infrastructure and ensure that our data pipelines run reliably, with high performance, and at scale.
• You build robust data models and continuously maintain them so they serve as the foundation for our KPI logic, reporting, and data-driven decisions.
• You are responsible for ensuring data quality — through automated data-quality checks, tests, and validated processes you ensure a single source of truth.
• In close collaboration with Finance and business teams you build dashboards and reports that deliver real value and create transparency.
• As a role model for data-driven decision-making you set standards, inspire colleagues, and help RECUP make better and more effective decisions.
• You continuously advance our self-service analytics landscape and enable teams to independently access a scalable, reliable, and modern data foundation.

Supply Chain

• Responsibility for our entire supply chain – from procurement through Order-to-Cash to returns.
• Build strong relationships with producers, logistics partners, and service providers, and manage supplier performance using clear KPIs.
• Own the ERP system (Weclapp) and drive its continuous improvement.
• Analyze our fulfillment costs and prepare clear, fact-based recommendations for action.
• Identify strategic development needs and implement scalable solutions hands-on.
• Support cross-functional projects in the areas of supply chain and system architecture.
• Establish strong interfaces with teams such as Customer Support, Key Account, Finance, and Business Development.

Customer Success Manager

• Ensure and improve data quality (e.g., duplicate checks, standards).
• Document process workflows in Confluence.
• Test HubSpot workflows and assist with simple automations.
• Monitoring: create basic reports/dashboards for data quality.
• Prepare training materials (guides, short videos).
• Provide first-level support for HubSpot questions from the team.
• Test and evaluate new HubSpot features.
• Contribute to smaller process projects (e.g., workflow/automation optimizations).
