About the role
- Lead the brand’s social media strategy
- Strengthen the brand’s digital presence
- Ensure consistent and creative communication
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the brand’s social media strategy
- Lead and develop the social media team
- Define topics, editorial calendars, and creative directions for channels
- Analyze metrics, KPIs, and social media performance
- Coordinate influencer agency campaigns
- Monitor market trends and platform updates
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
- Previous experience in social media, with coordination or leadership responsibilities
- Experience in fashion or home decor
- Deep knowledge of key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, among others)
- Strong strategic vision combined with execution skills
- Experience with data analysis, metrics, and social media tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Plus: Experience with retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Experience with integrated campaigns and digital influencers
- Knowledge of social listening and monitoring tools
