About the role

  • Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Lead regular performance reviews and service updates
  • Ensure all KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved
  • Manage the onboarding of new client accounts
  • Coordinate onboarding timelines with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Monitor operational performance and service quality
  • Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver clear and insightful reporting to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services
  • Experience working in a BPO or contact centre environment
  • Experience with Contact centre metrics such as AHT, CSAT, QA, occupancy, shrinkage and service levels
  • Managing performance against KPIs and SLAs
  • CRM or SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk or similar
  • Data analysis, reporting and forecasting
