About the role
- Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Lead regular performance reviews and service updates
- Ensure all KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved
- Manage the onboarding of new client accounts
- Coordinate onboarding timelines with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Monitor operational performance and service quality
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Deliver clear and insightful reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services
- Experience working in a BPO or contact centre environment
- Experience with Contact centre metrics such as AHT, CSAT, QA, occupancy, shrinkage and service levels
- Managing performance against KPIs and SLAs
- CRM or SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk or similar
- Data analysis, reporting and forecasting
