About the role

  • Identify and research high-value prospects, sourcing accurate contact information and email addresses to build a robust business development pipeline.
  • Maintain and update Hubspot with all client interactions, target lists, and lead statuses to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Proactively manage schedules and coordinate meeting requests between the consulting team and prospective clients.
  • Assist in managing business development workflows and follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed.
  • Ensure all records of client interactions are professional, detailed, and aligned with the firm’s high standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a business development support, sales administration, or lead generation role.
  • Strong administrative background with an emphasis on accuracy and record-keeping.
  • Experience working within a professional services or consulting environment, ideally dealing with high-end or corporate clientele.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently within a 10-hour weekly allocation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in market research or "deep-dive" prospecting (preferred).
  • Previous exposure to the consulting industry or high-value B2B sales cycles (preferred).
  • HubSpot CRM (Essential)
  • Google Workspace (Google Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Proficiency in digital research tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
