About the role
- General administrative support and day-to-day coordination
- Diary management and scheduling
- Email and document management
- Basic marketing support (content coordination, communications, and follow-ups)
- Basic bookkeeping and record keeping
- Assisting with task tracking and keeping projects moving
- General ad hoc support as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or Executive Assistant role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency with email, document management, and scheduling tools
- Good attention to detail and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Reliable and proactive, with strong follow‑through on tasks
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with admin systems
- Comfortable supporting a small business environment
- Availability to attend one in‑person meeting per week in Newlands, Western Cape
