About the role
- Responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings
- Collaborating with a larger team to deliver high-quality projects
- Producing spec documents out of the 3D model
Requirements
- High proficiency in REVIT
- Experienced in collaboration with larger team structures
- High level modelling
- High level technical detailing
- Specifications and scheduling
- Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and models
- Experience in designing complex technical buildings (data centres, hospitals, energy centres)
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other disciplines
- Strong communication skills to convey design intent and coordinate with project stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drawings and specifications
- Ability to identify and resolve design challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience in architectural drafting and design, preferably in a technical building environment.
