About the role

  • Plan, set up, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

  • Provide regular performance reporting and insights, including recommendations for optimisation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage paid search campaigns end-to-end.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote, part-time role.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
