About the role
- Activity as the foundation: 100 outbound calls (dials) per day
- Generate 5 high-level pitches per week
- Target of €300,000 in revenue in the first year
- Ownership of the full cycle from first contact through securing a retainer
Requirements
- Not a typical salesperson — a hunter with a strategic mind
- Resilience of steel: a 'no' on the phone does not discourage you
- Status authority: able to engage on equal footing with a CTO or Practice Lead

- Extreme ownership: independently fill and manage your pipeline
