Lead overall construction performance through project managers and project teams.
Ensure operational procedures and policies are established and maintained to meet project objectives including scheduling, budget, and quality control.
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Establish, update, and communicate Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement measures to mitigate delays and meet milestones.
Develop a high-performance team through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring; conduct performance appraisals.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication and provide updates on project status to management; build and nurture client relationships.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards; conduct inspections and implement quality control measures.
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, forecast financial performance, review expenditures, change orders, and subcontractor invoices.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a construction related field.
15+ years of equivalent experience.
Prior experience in project planning and scheduling.
Experience managing people and project teams.
In-depth working knowledge of building construction (Commercial & Residential).
Strong leadership and the ability to communicate effectively.
Solid ability to manage and control budgets, change orders, and requisitions.
History of completing large complex projects on time and within budget.
