About the role
- Develop a strategy and plan for continuous improvement by leveraging methodologies and best practices
- Improve quality and efficiency in a measurable way
- Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects
- Oversight of planning, execution, and delivery of projects
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management methodologies to analyze and improve processes
- Develop strategies to help teams adapt to change
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members
Requirements
- Likely to have a minimum of 10 years of directly related and progressively responsible experience in major process improvement and change initiatives
- 5+ years management related project management experience in the field of Continuous Improvement
- Experience in a veterinary, pharmaceutical, healthcare environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field of study
- Certified Black Belt with expertise in Lean methodologies preferred
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated track records in quality and operational improvements
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite such as Project, Excel, Word, Visio, Access and PowerPoint
