About the role
- Responsible for assigned Indian region goals and objectives.
- Monitor business forecasts, financial objectives, Branch operational activities and business plans.
- Actively engagement on the areas of yearly planning and annual budget for the Indian region.
- Check on the Turnover goal of the assigned Indian region/Branches are achieved or possible exceeded.
- The cost-budget as well as the given operational and scheduled tasks are adhered to.
- Promptly react to customer demands/ complaints in an effective manner.
- The quality of the operational processes is secured, and that corporate management is informed about possible deficiencies as well as potential solutions.
- Ensure the office is comprised of adequately qualified and motivated co-workers.
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistic Operation, customer service, training, coaching development, and motivation of employees of the region including QA related activities and administration activities of the branch.
- Preparation of monthly management reports and weekly updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field.
- Knowledge in the logistics and pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Relevant direct pharmaceutical industry experience in transport logistics.
- At least 5 years leadership experience and proven track record in achieving company objectives and goals.
