About the role
- Ensures adequate training of FCMs on relevant therapeutic area needs and internal processes
- Manages hiring, performance and development of the FCM team
- Oversees and approves expenses related to the FCMs
- Provides leadership on client account and program management
- Collaborates with Client's point of contact
- Provides continuous feedback to key stakeholders
- Assists in recruiting, training and mentoring FCM team
- Develops strategies and action plans in collaboration with clients
- Monitors key performance indicators to ensure superior customer experience
Requirements
- University science/healthcare degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum of 7 years experience in people and client management, clinical or biotechnology program management
- Fluently Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of the business principles of the pharmaceutical industry
- Solid understanding of reimbursement and patient assistance programs and database elements and functionality
- Strong people management skills
- Proven track record in leadership and management of a field-based team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to constantly changing situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent client management experience
- Hold and maintain a valid, non-expired, unrestricted driver’s license
