About the role
- Analyze and understand internal & external needs
- Establish and execute product ownership strategy related to data products
- Engage BI and Reporting technical teams for reporting methodologies and measurement systems
- Lead ongoing processes to ensure business needs are met
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data exploration to provide insights on business performance
- Address analysis gaps proactively and upon request
- Understand business priorities to conduct analysis with limited requirements
Requirements
- Requires a four-year bachelor’s degree in business / healthcare administration, sales, market research, pharmaceutical, financial / data analysis or similar fields
- Minimum of 7 years experience with prior customer management experience, preferably analytic or reporting experience
- Proven experience with MS Office, SQL, Business Objects, Power BI
- Proven knowledge and experience with patient-centric healthcare data
- Experience with specialty and/or orphan drug pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Experience with IT project management would be an asset
- Knowledge of problem, Change and Incident Management practices (ITIL)
