Analyze and understand internal & external needs
Establish and execute product ownership strategy related to data products
Engage BI and Reporting technical teams for reporting methodologies and measurement systems
Lead ongoing processes to ensure business needs are met
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data exploration to provide insights on business performance
Address analysis gaps proactively and upon request
Understand business priorities to conduct analysis with limited requirements

Requirements

Requires a four-year bachelor’s degree in business / healthcare administration, sales, market research, pharmaceutical, financial / data analysis or similar fields
Minimum of 7 years experience with prior customer management experience, preferably analytic or reporting experience
Proven experience with MS Office, SQL, Business Objects, Power BI
Proven knowledge and experience with patient-centric healthcare data
Experience with specialty and/or orphan drug pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Experience with IT project management would be an asset
Knowledge of problem, Change and Incident Management practices (ITIL)
