💰 £28,000 - £30,000 per year
About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing member support and resolve member queries promptly.
- Provide direct support for sales teams regarding rebates, net pricing, platform functionality, and member benefits.
- Prepare and provide additional monthly reports for members as required.
- Assist in generating additional reports for manufacturers.
- Carry out all administrative tasks related to the onboarding of new members.
- Complete and distribute monthly Member Changes Reports accordingly.
- Liaise with the finance team to manage the effective setup of Direct Debit mandates.
- Conduct demonstrations of member platforms and tools to existing members.
- Attend UK trade events and Community Days as applicable.
- Support longer-term administrative projects both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with various MWI UK departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency of service for our customers.
- Identify and qualify third party suppliers for additional member benefits
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and demands.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong prioritization skills to manage workload effectively.
- Good numerical skills
- Proficient in Excel and other relevant software applications.
- A passion for animal health and a commitment to supporting our members.
- Desirable : Experience in a customer service role

- Experience within the animal health or veterinary industry
