About the role

  • Assist in execution of corporate-wide pharmacy strategies and standardization of practices across national network
  • Perform duties and tasks as assigned by manager
  • Address Innomar Pharmacies questions (pending fees, copays, delivery issues, inventory, reports and reconciliation, insurance audits, compliance, audit reviews)
  • Maintain reports: collect operational reports from Innomar Pharmacies, consolidate reports for clients, review for accuracy, follow-up on discrepancies
  • Assist with Pharmacy Initiatives: retro-billing tracking, reconciliation of inventory and transactions, communication with pharmacies, assist creation and update of SOPs and process flows
  • Assist in launch of new products/programs and collaborate with Programs, Clinics, and Pharmacies
  • Communicate new program information, contact lists, process flows, training, and documents and provide feedback on launches
  • Provide typed documentation of communications relevant to strategies, initiatives, and projects to all departments
  • Ensure necessary training distributed to Innomar Pharmacies is completed; assist training department with names of employees requiring training and certifications (e.g., CAPHO)
  • Assist in maintaining pharmacy software to ensure standardization across the organization

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Post-Secondary Pharmacy Technician Program preferred
  • Two or more years of related pharmacy experience
  • Experience with pharmacy adjudication is an asset
  • Experience calculating benefit usage balances, co-pays, days of supply, and other health insurance calculations
  • Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Extensive experience with Pharmacy Systems
  • Organized with ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations
  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
