Personalize program elements to meet the needs of designated prescribing physicians.
Review patient status and assist the prescribing physician with completing patient enrollment.
Complete all relevant reports in accordance with specified timelines and required standards; support and assist peers through regular communication.
Establish and maintain a positive relationship with the program’s Patient Support team.
Participate in scheduled physician meetings with sales representatives.
Attend planned continuing medical education events and report on new activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or a related discipline, or a nursing diploma.
Authorization to practice as a nurse (e.g., Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed/Registered Practical Nurse) with active registration with the College of Nurses for the province of employment is required.
Case management experience preferred; a minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is an asset.
Available to travel within an assigned territory; occasional overnight travel may be required.
Valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and access to reliable transportation for regional travel.
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical business administration, sales and marketing is an asset.
Fluency in both French and English is required.
