About the role

  • Provide guidance and support for Strategic Value Streams and Enabling Capabilities
  • Develop frameworks for Prioritization & Sequencing of initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to drive Risk, Dependency, & Opportunity Management
  • Monitor Internal Controls to ensure compliance and alignment
  • Establish and maintain Stakeholder Feedback Loops
  • Promote Accountability across teams and leadership
  • Facilitate the Codification of Best Practices
  • Support Agile Growth, enabling teams to adopt agile methodologies
  • Provide Operating Model Support, ensuring alignment
  • Partner with the PMO to ensure project plans include transformation initiatives
  • Foster an Adaptable Culture
  • Provide Leadership Coaching to empower leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategic planning, and organizational leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformational initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and internal controls.
  • Experience in agile methodologies, operating model implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong facilitation skills with an ability to navigate complex interdependencies and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and inspiring teams to achieve their full potential.
