About the role
- Provide guidance and support for Strategic Value Streams and Enabling Capabilities
- Develop frameworks for Prioritization & Sequencing of initiatives
- Partner with leadership to drive Risk, Dependency, & Opportunity Management
- Monitor Internal Controls to ensure compliance and alignment
- Establish and maintain Stakeholder Feedback Loops
- Promote Accountability across teams and leadership
- Facilitate the Codification of Best Practices
- Support Agile Growth, enabling teams to adopt agile methodologies
- Provide Operating Model Support, ensuring alignment
- Partner with the PMO to ensure project plans include transformation initiatives
- Foster an Adaptable Culture
- Provide Leadership Coaching to empower leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategic planning, and organizational leadership roles.
- Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide transformational initiatives and delivering measurable results.
- Expertise in risk management, dependency mapping, and internal controls.
- Experience in agile methodologies, operating model implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong facilitation skills with an ability to navigate complex interdependencies and competing priorities.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on coaching and inspiring teams to achieve their full potential.
