About the role
- Ensure a positive customer experience for proprietary shipping platform and real-time tracking technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer interactions
- Maintain system tools, databases, billing activities, and ticket management
- Create and analyze KPIs, prepare project timelines, participate in software changes, and assist with change management and onboarding
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, manage APIs integrating pharmacy systems, and ensure HIPAA compliance
Requirements
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience in providing user support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers
- Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
- Familiarity with healthcare organization workflows and software systems
- Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data security best practices is a plus
