About the role

  • Ensure a positive customer experience for proprietary shipping platform and real-time tracking technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer interactions
  • Maintain system tools, databases, billing activities, and ticket management
  • Create and analyze KPIs, prepare project timelines, participate in software changes, and assist with change management and onboarding
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, manage APIs integrating pharmacy systems, and ensure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience in providing user support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers
  • Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
  • Familiarity with healthcare organization workflows and software systems
  • Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data security best practices is a plus
