  • Oversight, growth, and delivery of digital media buys
  • Campaign setup, configuration and management
  • Monitor performance, optimize campaigns and adjust strategies

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing roles
  • 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
  • Expert knowledge of Paid Social Media Strategies across platforms
  • Advanced understanding of digital advertising platforms and technology
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and/or talent attraction is a huge plus.
