About the role
- Oversight, growth, and delivery of digital media buys
- Campaign setup, configuration and management
- Monitor performance, optimize campaigns and adjust strategies
- Deliver reporting and insights to clients
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing roles
- 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing
- Expert knowledge of Paid Social Media Strategies across platforms
- Advanced understanding of digital advertising platforms and technology
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and/or talent attraction is a huge plus.
