Business Development Rep

• The Business Development Executive role is a field-based position, requiring excellent face-to-face, virtual, phone, and writing skills. Territory consists exclusively of law firms. Develop strong relationships with clients; train intake teams; forecast ROI; track conversion rates; strategize lead distribution; stay educated on legal trends; meet with clients frequently; understand settlement values; communicate with management about concerns and deals. Explain Walker’s lead contracts; cultivate understanding of Walker products; implement directed email campaigns and workflows; demonstrate progress toward pipeline and sales goals; attend conferences and seminars; meet or exceed sales and metric targets.
