About the role
- Prospect new clients through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure alignment with target customer profiles.
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Research markets and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Two years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach and meet targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation software.
