About the role

  • The Director, Commercial Development is part of the Comply business development/sales team for the Americas reporting to the VP of Commercial Development.
  • The role is instrumental in propelling growth in our Circular Takeback Solutions line of business in North America.
  • The Director will lead a team of Commercial Development reps and Managers and will be closely aligned with the Environmental Compliance Management team and the Customer Care team.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive Sales and Business Development leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sustainability or a related field.
  • Progressive experience in business development and team leadership.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build trust.
  • Ability to deliver superior customer service and identify opportunities for process improvements and expanded service offerings.
