About the role
- Support daily commercial operations by tracking sales performance, pricing, margins, and the sales pipeline.
- Responsible for preparing periodic reports, monitoring KPIs, analyzing variances versus targets, and ensuring the quality and consistency of information across commercial systems.
- In coordination with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams, provide timely analysis that supports forecasting, pricing decisions, commercial effectiveness, and continuous improvement of commercial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Three–Four years of experience in roles related to sales and commercial operations, including reporting, KPI monitoring, and analysis to support decision-making and process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish.
- Core Skills - Leadership and Team Collaboration.
- Strong customer service and client relations.
- English Level - Intermediate.
- High accuracy and attention to details.
