Account Executive

• Identify, pursue, and close large, strategic, multi-year contracts with new enterprise clients
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to aggressively pursue and close new business
• Effectively manage a long, complex sales cycle (6-18 months), navigating multiple stakeholders across IT Security, Procurement, Finance, and Sustainability departments
• Act as the lead architect in designing customized, global ITAD solutions that address client-specific requirements
• Develop and deliver compelling executive-level presentations and responses to complex RFPs

Enterprise Account Executive – IT Asset Disposition

Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Manage end-to-end client relationships, from onboarding to renewal
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored ITAD solutions, including asset recovery, data destruction, and e-waste recycling
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of services and resolve any issues
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across ReCloud IT’s ITAD offerings
• Track account performance, generate reports, and present insights to clients
• Stay informed on industry trends, compliance standards, and sustainability goals relevant to ITAD
• Support sales efforts by contributing to proposals, presentations, and strategic planning
