About the role
- Oversee all engineering activities at the site.
- Ensure efficient delivery of the capital investment plan and compliance with preferred supplier lists and engineering standards.
- Provide strategic leadership and risk management.
- Foster a safety-conscious culture and collaborate with factories for seamless execution of capital plans.
- Develop and execute the engineering department’s strategic capital plan.
- Build and manage the capital plan in collaboration with site directors and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with global engineering standards and technologies.
- Oversee procurement of engineering items and capital equipment.
- Mentor and develop site engineering teams to build a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering out of which 5 years leadership role in Engineering within the CPG industry or Pharmaceutical.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing engineering capital investment programs.
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of Vertical startup.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent presentation, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- English language fluency.
