Requirements

  • Experience in HR partnering and Talent Management roles

  • Strong facilitation skills and experience of delivering team engagement workshops and leadership trainings
  • Experience driving strategic business transformation and managing change
  • Experience in devising strategic HR interventions that deliver organizational excellence
