- Lead a bold People Strategy shaping the future of talent and culture
- Partner with functional LTs to develop people strategies and action plans
- Shape the future of talent through delivering sustainable succession plans

- Work with leadership teams to shape culture, engagement and recognition initiatives

Requirements
- Experience in HR partnering and Talent Management roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Expertise in influencing senior leaders, conflict resolution and project management
- Strong facilitation skills and experience of delivering team engagement workshops and leadership trainings
- Experience driving strategic business transformation and managing change
- Experience in devising strategic HR interventions that deliver organizational excellence
